In April of 2019, I launched my chocolate company with one mission: to bring handcrafted, specialty chocolate bars to people across the country. Each bar is made by hand, tempered to glossy perfection, sealed for freshness, labeled with care, and packaged with intention, then shipped straight to your hands.But the journey began long before that. I started creating content on TikTok back in 2018 when it was still known as Musical.ly, sharing my love for baking, chocolate, and storytelling through short videos that slowly grew into a loyal following. What started as a hobby quickly became a calling.

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, surrounded by bold flavors, big personalities, and a culture of hustle. In my teens, I relocated to Georgia, where the slower pace and Southern hospitality gave me space to grow both as a person and a creator. My brand, Christian Paul Chocolatier, is a reflection of both worlds: the grit and ambition of New York blended with the warmth and soul of the South.
