Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING: We are not liable for products melting during shipping. We ship from Georgia and due to temperature variations across the country out of our control, we cannot guarantee the status of chocolate products that are shipped during the warm months.  Estimated delivery time will be approximately 7-14 days (not guaranteed by USPS) for most cities in United States. If you're concerned about time constraints, please contact us. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please be sure someone will be available to receive your package.

RETURNS: Chocolate products that melt during the Summer months will not be eligible for returns or refunds. No returns or cancellations will be processed if more than 7 business days have passed since the time you have placed your order.
