Recipe: 2 large apples2 teaspoons lemon juice1/4 cup light brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon4 teaspoons water3 teaspoons cornstarch Flaky Pie Dough: 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour2 teaspoons sugar10 tablespoons salted butter3-4 tablespoons cold waterEgg wash(1 egg, pinch of salt, splash of water) Sugar for sprinkling Directions 1. Peel, core, and finely dice 2 large apples. 2. Toss the diced apples with 2 teaspoons of lemon juice to prevent browning. 3.
